Again - happy to fit into the airplane seatbelts. It's a real fear when stepping on a plane.

Meal prep is tough when you have guests staying at your house.

Airplane seatbelts had inches to spare!!

Less alcohol, but I am on vacation with family. Enjoy a few days to make memories that last a lifetime.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I fit into a size 20 pair of Jean's. One size down, many sizes to go!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Ate right. I fell off the wagon March 8th. The night of our pre-party I started drinking, and eating. I was sad I lost a February bet, but now I am ready to pick it up again.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went for pizza to cheer up a neighbors daughter. I only had two squares of pizza. The 7 year olds with us each had 6 squares.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Need to get my calves rolled to help my feet not hurt. My calves are too tight.

Easily tying my shoes. I usually use a stair or ottoman to get my feet closer to my arms.

I did lots of walking, but didn't do weights as much.

Keep walking the dogs extra. Get my steps up to 10,000 a day.

Sunday - reset day I think I counted wrong, because I gained 3 pounds!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Walked the dogs everyday during the week and sometimes a second time in the afternoon/evening. I went to a 90 minute Zumba class Friday. And convinced 2 friends to come to boxing Saturday morning.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Last week I didn't plan meals very well. This week I was thorough planning the 1st half of the week. I have to plan food for this weekend, so I behave.
