This time around things were intense. After coming back from my moms heart surgery I had a lot of catching up to do it work. I was far less active. (Walked the dog for shorter distances) and was hungry a little more often so snacked more. (Healthy snacks)
Yesterday I was craving a pastry so badly. I stayed strong, had a few nuts and a La Croix. Phew.
