Non-scale victory of the week!

This time around things were intense. After coming back from my moms heart surgery I had a lot of catching up to do it work. I was far less active. (Walked the dog for shorter distances) and was hungry a little more often so snacked more. (Healthy snacks) Yesterday I was craving a pastry so badly. I stayed strong, had a few nuts and a La Croix. Phew.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Meal prepped so I could stay on track.

Meal prep, I'm on Springbreak so exercise more. Go through clothes that no longer work for me and toss them.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Considering all the stress I had last week. I did an amazing job of eating well. I had to go to Tecas for my mom's heart surgery. I stuck to my plan the whole time! I didn't get much exercise at all though

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Taken more walks and drank more water.

I have done pretty good sticking to my plan. I work at a school and today is Valentine's Day. I didn't have any sugar or desserts. ;)

It was too cold to exercise much. ;)

Got offered all kinds of goodies at work and chose not to indulge.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have been unwell most of the week with possibly the flu. (Body aches and nauseau etc) I still made myself eat when I needed to. I think I could have had more liquids and included more veggies. I just didn't have the energy to do a lot.

I don't feel organized enough so far but it was also a really intense and busy week all around. Still trying to get the goals of the previous journal entry. I have a few more days to complete the week. Hopefully I will get my stuff together for the weekend.

Slow down a bit and take time to take care of myself.
