What do you feel you could have done better this week?
After a couple of days not being aloud to eat my body is now cleary taken stock and holding on to what it mist. Still very bloated after surgery.

Finding I'm getting stronger. Weight training is paying off. Can carry my 2 year old with a lot more ease already. Noticing my winter jacket is getting really big on my tummy.

Being able to wrap the towel around after showering. Had to buy new jeans, 'cause the others had a tare. New one is a size smaller and fits very comfortabely

Can pull my pants down without undoing the button ?????? Managed to do 90 rpm on the hometrainer during the entire session - cardio is improving

Get to bed in time. Try to have 8 hours of sleep a night. Try swimming again. I used to love it when I was in my teens.
