I fit into pants I’ve not worn for some time.. starting to need to wear a belt with others

I didn’t stay within my 10 hr eating window.. went on a date & the mental distraction that followed threw me off a bit.. ate well just not enough or in the proper time frame Didn’t drink nearly enough water
