I fit into pants I’ve not worn for some time.. starting to need to wear a belt with others

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn’t stay within my 10 hr eating window.. went on a date & the mental distraction that followed threw me off a bit.. ate well just not enough or in the proper time frame Didn’t drink nearly enough water

Non-scale victory of the week!

Although I’ve not been religious watching the clock for my 10 he window.. I maintained sticking to low carb & no sugar. Not even tempted by sugar or sweets which is awesome.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have prepared food instead of piece mealing and definitely drank more water.

I resisted the temptation to eat outside of my 10 hr eating window.. and resisted a strong sweet craving twice! ( did not eat sweets at all.. just had craving twice)

Stayed within a 10 hour eating window 5 out of 7 days, and a 12 hour window the other two.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Managed my time better to stick within the 10 hr window all 7days. Move more, got caught up working & didn’t leave my desk enough.
