overall my diet was amazing minus last night's binge I even worked out 7 days which was awesome! that like never happens, so overall a great week for me

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a binge eating episode the day before weigh in which I feel like had to do with the weight gain. I'm gunna come back strong next week.

Was staying on track with eating. I had one day where I binged(working on the binge eating) either then that I had a great week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have fought harder with myself not too binge but it's usually a losing battle.
