What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Idk if I'll do another diet bet. On one end, it keeps me accountable but at the same time it forces me to stay on track which I don't always like. ?? I'm not enjoying my food choices because I feel forced to eat better because I don't want to lose money. This is no longer about losing weight or health its money driven... Idk. We'll see how I feel on weight out Sunday.
