Well, I am geared up and excited to go. Looking forward to getting into better shape with healthier eating habits. Hoping that maybe by doing so, I'll be able to fight off these infections better. Obviously, multi-vitamins aren't doing the trick!! LOL So glad you joined me. You make me stay on track just knowing I'm accountable to someone
