Non-scale victory of the week!

I've been drinking more water which has helped me to be less bloated, which has helped me to do a bit more with my son.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did well at getting my weights in, but I need to get my cardio and stretches in too.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Drinking enough water and not eating when I'm "bored". I'm a SAHM and I sadly dont do a lot... mostly because of my weight. I keep thinking that if I can just lose at least 30 pound I would be able to do so much more with our son. But... I love the taste of food and when I am just sitting around, I want to eat
