Bad, bad, bad. It's all bad. I've been eating my way through ovarian cyst pain and it SHOWS. I'm right back to where I started. Today so far I'm on track but I hope I keep up the moment because I'm feeling SO negative and discouraged today. 😩

Any runners in here? Any who aspire to be a runner but aren't yet? Looking for some training buddies. I have a full Marathon December 8th! Full training starts may 13th! But warning up to it now. I am always one to accept a challenge even one this big that seems unattainable! Set my minds to it and make it happen

I’m a runner. I started couch 2 5 k 3 tmyears ago and had to repeat day 1 for a whole week . I’m running my third 10 mile 16 km in July this year and considering another half marathon in September

For those of you who like a good challenge I would recommend signing up for a GORUCK event. They do them all over the US! It is a great team building event and a good way to stay moving and stay motivated! I did one yesterday and had a GREAT time!!

I looked at these but ended up being turned off by the price of equipment. :sob: Have you found any ways to do it on a budget?

I ended up doing the light one but I have done a tough and a few scavengers. And I ended up just buying the gear because after my first few events because I liked them so much but I started out with just a hikingbag and a cheep weight from Walmart.

I did SO BAD last week. My weight loss was going really well until I started running. Then I wanted to eat all the things and especially sugar! I haven't weighed myself in a few days either because I'm not sure it'll be good. So far today I'm doing well but I need to figure out a better way to tackle these calories so I'm not starving! I WILL stay on track today and weigh myself in the morning. I've gotta crack down!

Your body is needing something after your run. I don't know if you're keto or carb-light or whatever, but I usually have a granola bar and protein bar after a solid workout. Sometimes a Suzie's good fats bar

I was just sitting here thinking about how I was starving and didn’t know what to eat for a snack. I ended up having a yogurt and way too many rice cakes :thumbsdown: definitely need to plan better meals/snacks to hold me over longer.
