So, I’ve been able to resist a lot more crap food this week. It wasn’t showing on the scale early in this week but I kept working hard and with the StepBet it’s been helping me stay on track with working out. It has NOT been easy in any way. I’ve also been eating a little more fruit and enzymes to help with digestion since I felt like I was having a problem going to the restroom (I know TMI) but it really helped this week because I felt like I finally was going.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I think this week I could’ve been nicer to myself because I would have days where my mood was really low for not seeing change on my scale.
