Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m happy I lost weight and I tried really hard to lose those last ounces to win another bet but I couldn’t do it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing, I literally did great this week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

So, I’ve been able to resist a lot more crap food this week. It wasn’t showing on the scale early in this week but I kept working hard and with the StepBet it’s been helping me stay on track with working out. It has NOT been easy in any way. I’ve also been eating a little more fruit and enzymes to help with digestion since I felt like I was having a problem going to the restroom (I know TMI) but it really helped this week because I felt like I finally was going.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think this week I could’ve been nicer to myself because I would have days where my mood was really low for not seeing change on my scale.

This coming week is mainting strong and even after the diet having the motivation and push to keep going. I gained too much weight after I got married so no more!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have been consistently working out and getting my steps in for every day thanks to dietstep. I love that I have no excuse and I just have to do it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Just a bit frustrated because I’m weighing more and I was doing so good at first. I did notice my digestive system wasn’t working as great and I didn’t use the restroom as much as I think I should so I’m going to add a lot more leafy greens this week.
