Non-scale victory of the week!

None. Worked on mental and emotional health. Dealt with it with food which was not the proper way to deal. Feeling bloated, uncomfortable and ready to get back on track. Would like to work on getting all of my steps in this week (10,000 a day). Eating within 1,200-1,500 calories a day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything.

Looking in the mirror and seeing a smaller version of myself. Fitting in a dress that I couldn’t even get past my arms!!!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating choices. I was a little loose this week. Stayed within calories most days but just ate a little more of things I’d avoid most days.

Non-scale victory of the week!

For the first time in awhile I dressed up twice this past week. I’ve hidden behind sweaters all winter. Big, baggy sweaters. I felt great. Not even remotely close to where I want to be but I just felt great with my eating and I’ve been feeling AMAZING! I’ve decided if I get ready it’ll help me with my goal. It reminds me of how I felt those years ago when I was in the best shape of my life. I could go into the store and buy items right off the rack without checking size. I want to have that again.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’ve been eating great. Still going on non dairy. Eating much more consciously than I had been. I am excited and anxious for my weigh in tomorrow. I stayed on track with eating all weekend.

Excercise! I gotta focus and excercise even when I’m too tired. I’d like to get back to HIIT workouts as those have been the most effective for me.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I started a week prior to this game beginning. My first week I was down 4 lbs. I’m feeling a little defeated this week. I’ve given up all the things I love for the second week and have only seen a .4 reduction 1/2 through the week. Hoping things will get better for me and I can push through and see results.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have not had any dairy and I’ve eaten significantly healthier than I was. I feel like there are a few times I made decisions where I could have made healthier choices than I did and I need to keep working on it. I keep reminding myself I’m not just doing it for me anymore. The kids deserve to have a happy healthy mom and that’s why I posted the picture of them.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I’ve done it once before. I lost a total of 56 lbs before and aim to do the same. I think this time it will be more difficult staying on track but I’m down 4 lbs from my start last week so I’m ready for this new challenge. I know I can do it, I’m ready to lose these 7 lbs this month!!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I recently found out I have an allergy to milk. 7 days ago I removed milk from diet. It’s been difficult but I’m making it through one day at a time. I have other allergies but plan only to eliminate dairy at this time. Would like to eat a large majority of fresh fruits/veggies.
