I'm Happy to hear your mother is doing much better today. I just added another Transformer after winning my last one yesterday. I've also adjusted my Life Goal Weight to be below the Transformer goals. In Short, I won't be able to join you in the Maintainers until November. I'm BUMMED about that. I miss our daily encouragements to each other. Hang in there Brother and Keep Cycling. I'm trying to get 40 miles a day in September. I fell short Wed and Thur and Only got 20 each. So I'm playing catch up. I cycled 25 this morning and going to add 25 this evening. 2 rides at 25 each through Labor Day will put me back on track.

Also, I'm still using FIN 2 WIN and it is turning out that I am Fasting every other day. I'll be very happy when I can get to the point where I don't have to Fast every other day, but I'm afraid that may not occur until I am well into Maintain mode. At least I know I can sustain this pattern as my body has adjusted to being able to withstand not eating every other day. So how are you doing? It looks like from your graph that you are having a rough time. Are you actually weighing in each week? At least you are getting some GREAT rides in and that is very good in Maintaining Mental Health.

Congrats on logging 2000+ miles in 2020. I'll be riding with you soon (virtually). My ride is getting tougher and bouncier. I made another Kickstart yesterday, but then popped up big time today with all the eating I did after my weight out. I still got some major work to do, but I'll get there.

I think and pray about you often. I'm looking forward to joining you in the Member Maintainers. Keep Riding my friend. Fast & Pray has turned into a more in depth personal devotional for me as I was challenged by Jennifer to dig deeper. It is less focused on weight loss, but I do continue to Fast almost every other day for me personally to meet my goals. God Bless and I'll chat with you soon.
