Yeah, the game certainly turned out well for the Chiefs. I live in rural Kansas about 5.5 hours away from Kansas City. So I just had a few friends over to watch the game and enjoy some munchies. I grilled the burgers and several brought other side dishes. It was a good time. Question: Were you able to even come close to making the 6%? Were you giving it an effort to do so? Still time and I know you did your 48 hour fast. I'm back to fasting today, to get rid of the excess I put on yesterday with the party. Once I get back to a 4% steady loss track then I'll back off on the fasting. Until then I'll fast every other day.

Hey bud, I'm very sorry to hear that you were sick, and now off track to make the 6%. I will be entering the Transformer that starts March 2, 2020. And I'm also in several Kickstarters. If you want to join me Send me a Cheer. I know weight loss is tough, and once we get to the bottom OR near it and lose our way it can really throw us off track. Been there Done that. Don't wish it upon anybody.

How you doing bud? I'm getting it together. I forgot just how hard this dieting is, so now my goals are just a bit more difficult to make the 6% by 2/3/20. BUT I'm working it as hard as I can to make it and qualify for Round 6 of Back-To-School Transformer. How are you doing?

Thanks for your kindness Slim. Wishing you the very best in the New Year. It sounds like 2019 was a little rough. Keep praying, being kind to others and taking care of yourself. I know from experience that those three things bring peace and happiness when life gets the better of you.

I'm on staff with BAK. I drive a Moving Truck full of the Staff Stuff to operate BAK. The miles I get to ride are minimal, even more so is my current conditioning hasn't allowed me to actively participate. I do try to get 10 to 20 miles a day. Years I was not on staff 2007 and 2009 I did the full ride. I've been on staff since 2013. This year if all goes according to plan I should be around 240 lbs. IF I get there I'll be in much better shape to ride and I may get more riding in. So far I am on FIRE. The most I've been since my great run down the scale in 2015. That year I was at 250 during the tour. Even then I didn't get much more than 20 per day. I will be driving again this year. 2021 I will be in Europe.
