Non-scale victory of the week!

i am starting to love my body more as time goes by. Currently, I am a happier, healthier version of the person I was earlier this year

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

although I am losing weight at a slow rate from counting calories and IF, starting back exercising or a Stepbet would help even further aid my weight loss

Non-scale victory of the week!

So i reduced the amounts of food i ate this week and i have exercised everyday so far this week. I was a little depressed because i was eating correctly plus exercising but the scale still went up. However, today it went down and i'm overjoyed

Gone to bed earlier and not be up late so many nights
