Oh my gosh yes! I'm new to it but have lost 8 lbs since Dec.1st. The greatest part is how it takes all the guess work out of how much to eat and you can factor in your exercise-I walk on my treadmill- and right before your eyes you get more calories to eat and are still losing weight. It's really simple to do. Even easier if you have a smartphone which right now I refuse to own. Check it out! I am missylady1. I need to be house cleaning right now but let me know what you think of it.

I hear that! I work 2nd shift. I was in and out of the winter weather all last night and thought about food all night! I use myfitnesspal so I had a whole list of things with me that we're figured into my day but I hated eating my last morsel lol! Always save an ace in the hole. Something dangling out there.

omg, i think about snacking literally ALL day. it's rather disturbing. i need to remember the end result when i want to open up a bag of chips and eat the whole thing. ha ha ha. hope you're doing well with your diet. i haven't used myfitnesspal, do you find it helps a lot?
