Non-scale victory of the week!

I finished the hardwood floors in our new house and we are moving this weekend. It’s been a rough week for a number of reasons but I’m thrilled that I didn’t do what I normally do and eat sweet treats.

it’s been difficult to exercise with everything going on. I’m looking forward to getting moved into the new house
