Non-scale victory of the week!
My husband and I grabbed a fast lunch after a stressful morning working around our house and kids on Sunday and instead of a burger, I ordered a half salad which was delicious and shared some of his fries. I was still full and satisfied. Progress!!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Soccer season with the kids is really hard time wise after full days of work. I could do more meal prepping on the weekends to have more easy healthy food options.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I am committing to intermittent fasting 14 hrs, eating window of 10 hours. I started last week and I actually feel really good doing it. It will be interesting to see how I feel and it works for my body after a month. I will work out 6 times this week by either walking, walk running, or home workouts before work.
