Non-scale victory of the week!

My husband and I grabbed a fast lunch after a stressful morning working around our house and kids on Sunday and instead of a burger, I ordered a half salad which was delicious and shared some of his fries. I was still full and satisfied. Progress!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Soccer season with the kids is really hard time wise after full days of work. I could do more meal prepping on the weekends to have more easy healthy food options.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I am committing to intermittent fasting 14 hrs, eating window of 10 hours. I started last week and I actually feel really good doing it. It will be interesting to see how I feel and it works for my body after a month. I will work out 6 times this week by either walking, walk running, or home workouts before work.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Instead of going to the drive thru on the way home, I held out for a home cooked meal in my instant pot that only took 20 min. Plus, it made so much that I prepped all of my work lunches as well! Felt awesome!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I tracked all of my food last week, but I also got my period. So, for a few days I tend to just want carbs and something sweet.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I have a busy week coming up, my husband will be out of town all week so I have my work, both kids have school and soccer and viola. My goals include tracking all of my food using My Fitness Pal, exercising Monday thru Friday by either walk/running during soccer practices or 4-5 rounds of Tabatas at home before work, and only eating out one time during the work week. I bought myself new running shoes too, they are pretty and feel great, I’m feeling motivated again!
