For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

  • Good Morning!! Happy Monday! This week let’s focus on water! This is a Monday-Sunday challenge!! Drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water every day this week and enter for a chance to win a Meal Planner to Guide and assist you on this journey!
    Make sure to track your water daily. On Sunday the 19th post a photo of your water tally on this thread and a winner will be announced next Monday.
    You can track it on a fitness app or I like to track mine the old fashioned way, pen and paper! Wishing you wellness this week!

I bought 3 30 ounce sports bottles. I filled them up in the morning that way I know they have to be gone before I go to bed! For whatever reason, this helping me so much! I guess my brain thinks it’s much more doable to drink three glasses of water a day versus eight, which can feel overwhelming.

  • After 2 days flat on my back, I couldn't stand it any more. Had to get out and get moving again. Took a bike ride this evening. Couldn't ask for a better venue.

Off to a late start but really ready to commit to this change- I have lost 37 lbs so far prior to joining the game and I fell off the wagon for a month or so. Stress eating and feeling extra crappy by eating terribly. Im excited for the game to kick start further weight loss!
