Non-scale victory of the week!

I FINALLY got some sleep and also ate a vegetable. Oh and beat my all-time step record: made it to 37,225 steps.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel like the sleep deprivation made this whole week a wash. It felt like being poisoned and crazy. I should have taken advice on melatonin sooner to save myself some misery.

I did actually eat healthy for most of the day. Evenings still get me.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have planned sleep better so I could have time to walk before work shifts. Maybe go to sleep before I get a chance to binge eat.
