Didn't stress eat while hubby got laid off

Not eaten my extra 200 calories before bed

I know I am going to snack at 10 pm so budget the calories as well as meal timing to make that my last snack. Also, see if I can walk on IF in morning, but if StrokeBrain rears head, don't worry about it.

Um, not eaten all the crap I ate? Mike's bday set me off on cravings, cookies, sodium and bread even though I only went over calories by 200 day, all the wrong ratios and holding a TON of water. Trying to drink it away
