Extra credit - What's the scariest diet thing about this month for you?
I'll start:
I'm Rhonda in Northern California and I'm a graphic designer/artist. I’ve now lost almost 50 lbs total from my high weight and about 25 of that in the last year. I’m on a glp-1, which works for me, albeit slowly. About ½ lb/week average.
Scariest diet part of October for me is 2 big birthdays in addition to candy at every turn - Yikes!
