Non-scale victory of the week!

Recognized that I was *this close* to binging on trail mix, but I stopped and brewed a cup of tea and chilled out for a bit!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I resisted some urges to eat sugary junk (form of ice cream, caramel corn, and candy). Not even the current migraine could force me to give in. I did allow myself a small amount of trail mix. Woot!

I wish I had better sleep.

What do you find most challeging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Chronic migraine disease and surgical menopause can seriously zap my energy and motivation. BUT, I know that implementing little healthy habits will no doubt improve my health — mental, physical, and spiritual.
