resisting snacking yesterday. but I snacked on almonds, a few pretzels and popcorn. but I did have 3 red vines

I was able to resist my dessert/snacking at night 4/7 days!

the sugar cookies got me! and my peppermint meringue cookies! not making anymore after these are gone...we'll see lol

Was consistent with my bike along with stretching!
