Non-scale victory of the week!

I finally did a workout! Even if it was just a small one for arms, I’m still proud of myself for being intentional and dedicated! Pants fit so much looser too!

DEFINITELY FIX MY SLEEP SCHEDULE. it’s so bad and i need to do better

The most challenging in reaching my long-term weight loss goal is mostly my lack of sleep, lack of motivation in working out, and being surrounded by such tempting high caloric good home cooking!
