Baby steps is right, you weren't born eating steak!! Keep going and pushing through. Look in the mirror 3 times a day and tell your self your worth it, don't forget to smile either, it's beautiful!!

I would like to know more about the cleanse and burn you mentioned.I Recently bought one of those high powered blenders off eBay...also bought alot of frozen fruit with the idea of having the shakes at least on meal a day (with protein powder) to jump start my weight loss. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks Richard

Richard, do you have Chris's new book Choose More to Lose More? If not, I would suggest that you invest in it. there are lots of recipes, exercises and different programs of carb cycling that you can follow.
