What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I have yoyo'ed with my weight a lot and I am in recovery from an eating disorder. So, I have some fear about the feelings I've had when I was in my active addition .... not sure if this is private or public, but I've definitely put it out there.
