Lyn, you are about my size. The scale is moving so slow for me too. I am kicking it up now, eating only 1200 clean calories, no carbs after 3 pm, and mixing up my exercise. I HOPE that helps move the scale. When you don't have a lot to lose it's tough! Especially is your body is used to exercise. Change things up! You WILL do this!
