Just wanted to say thank you to everyone. It’s been a great learning experience on many different levels! I’m taking these lessons and carrying them into to next 2 lbs and then 2 lbs after until I hit my goal. My favs are Water first (3 bottles before 3 pm) veggies most (3 cups before 3 pm), set a routine and stick to it, dinner and done. My own rule is to not be afraid to try something new like a DietBet and see what I can accomplish. See you all in a month!

So not sure how to handle this. I am 5 pounds away from my goal weight. So that will be 4% weight loss. If I lose that weight between now and the beginning of the next Bet, do I just pay the money knowing I won’t make it back? And knowing y’all help me so much these months the Bet is on?
How have you handled it?

You can wait and see if you lose the weight before the next game starts. You can even join a game up to 2 weeks into it. Also, one you’ve reached your goal, there are maintainer games (for members).

Congratulations to being to your final five! I’ve joined some Diet Bets because I was really interested in what that host was teaching. If you don’t have the weight to lose, you can join and view it as a learning or community access fee. If you want to do a diet bet for accountability after you’re at your goal weight, there are maintainers where you stay within 3% +/- of your body weight for a longer period of time, like 8 weeks. Good luck!

Congratulations to everyone who met their weight goal and all the others for all the NSV’s! I didn’t reach the scale goal but excited that I am still keeping off my weight since beginning this journey! See you in July! In the meantime I joined Elise dietbet to help keep me accountable in June!

So stoked that I made my goal without counting calories, eating wildly different foods than my family, and while excercising only 2 days per week. Even through mother's day, my wedding anniversary, and big family BBQs, the plate it method and "water first - veggies most" kept me focused. 2B really works!
