Hey Lisa! Just thought I would ask before this dietbet is done, but Can you tell me what your basic workout schedule is..?? I know yo do T25,but you post a lot of miles too-is that jogging/running, a really long walk each day, or steps from a pedometer...? Do you do anything in addition to T25..?? Looking to copy your success girl! :-) You are amazing!! :-D

Wow--great job at transforming yourself! My weight is similar to yours and I'm trying hard to get to 140 lbs. Hard to get below 147 right now. What did you do to finally break through your plateau??

Thanks you. I have done quite a bit. Obviously nutrition is key. I did the Ultimate Reset and also Focus T25 and really really stayed 99% clean for the 10 weeks. Getting below 140 was the hardest ever, but once I broke through and knew I could, I totally feel in control of maintaining my overall loss now. I do the 3 Day refreshes to get beck on track when things get out of control.

you look amazing!! I am getting there, and your picture is inspiring! Any tips on vegan nutrition while trying to lose fat...?? This is my first time trying to lose weight without meat...!! I am REALLY close to my goal, but have stalled a bit...

I am not vegan, although I tried it and don't eat a ton of meat. Have you done the Ultimate Reset or 3 Day Refresh? Both are good ways to help with a plateau. The Reset recipes are fantastic.
