I had a fail with watching what I was eating and eating correctly. I will do better this coming week.

I will go to the gym atleast 5 times in the coming week and run atleast 5 days as well. I will be more carful about counting my points for the WW app. I seem to be stuck in this spot of 181-178. I need to get below that! I am doing great at the gym, I feel stronger and I am toning up nice., it is just the stuck point I am in . I will Lose 3 more punds!
