Hi there! i'm so excited for you with the success you are having. And I totally want to emulate it! So if you don't mind, a few more questions... You said initially you just focused on nutrition. Were you counting calories, following a particular plan, or ?? And I'm sure at some points in this journey you may have gotten discouraged or un-motivated, what did you do to get back on tract and get motivated again?

I was doing relatively well when I could run and do high impact workouts but I re-fractured my ankle so I'm restricted on what all I can do. I can still get a serious burn going, but I'm having a hard time getting over that mentally and just going at it hard.

On a side note... I wish they'd write that there is a character limit. I had to try and cut/paste this five times. ;)

Aaaand I forgot to mention something in there. Talked all that time, and sheesh...

I don't want to knock the importance of exercise. It's important to exercise in order to be healthy, maintain your weight loss, have lean muscle mass, look good, etc. etc. - but it is not the only thing. But one will not lose much weight without changing their nutrition. Unless they quit their day jobs and work out all the time. You have to eat properly to lose weight, you have to exercise properly to maintain it. If that makes sense. It does, in my mind. But my mind works in mysterious ways...
