I don't have the Flex, but I had the Ultra for over a year and I'm going to use my winnings to buy a Fitbit One. I absolutely love it! My first Ultra had battery issues a month in and they shipped me a brand new one the same day, no questions asked. The Flex would drive me bonkers (I can't stand having things on my wrist) but I'm really excited for my One!
