Non-scale victory of the week!

I couldn’t even pull the shorts up past my thighs that I had on in my latest weigh submission photo. !! Not the most flattering shot.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This past month started the holiday food binge. Considering I could have done ALOT worse and gained a few lbs. stick to the plan and force myself to keep up the 4X a week workouts

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did not eat as much crap as I usually would have eaten this week during Rad Tech Week.

I let the stress of taking my Registry exam take over my regular routine.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I feel like something always happens to sabotage my efforts. Anything from an injury to medication weight gain to donut Friday to self sabotage to over planning and not actually DOING anything. I think the most I have EVER followed any diet plan has been 4 days

Plan meals better. No cook meals or use the crock pot and make extra. Workout 4 days this week following LIIFT4 Either first thing in the morning or right after work. Drink more water! half my weight ~105oz
