Thought I'd write this seperately- 97%! I am SO proud of you!!! You have done so amazingly well, and I just know you'll hit all your goals this year. It's definitely your time to shine, and I think you are an amazing person! GO FAITH!

Awww, thanks! I would love to lose 2 more kilo before our vacation next month. 500 grams a week? I know it's doable. Just have to keep this mindset. I really am glad to have done DietBet to get that habit of morning exercise.

Hi Faith. I'm sorry for being so quiet on this one. I'm just not in a good place right now- tore the ligaments in my knee which means I'm out of action for a wee while. Been feeling really sad about it, as everything was going so well. I've maintained, but so far no more weight loss thanks to me not being able to move much. I know I could have possibly continued with diet, but I haven't been too good with my diet and it's caught up with me. As soon as this brace is off I know I'll get up again, but for now, I'm just trying really hard to not let my emotions get the better of me. I'm so sorry.

I was so sad to read this message, Nikita. Sorry that this happened, but I know that once you're feeling good again, you'll get right back in there. It's just a small step back in your many, many steps forward. Still be proud!

I was wondering if we are still able to communicate here even when our DietBet is over. I would like to keep in contact. You have also been a HUGE encourager for me. It has helped to have someone watch my progress and cheer me on or encourage when it's not going the best. So thank you, too!

Thanks, Nikita. Now to use this momentum and keep going. I want to lose almost 4 more kilo before going on vacation in May and 10 more total. Still a ways to go, but I'll get there. Concentrating on moving down a bit slower, but not letting the weight creep up again. I want to be at my goal at 10 months, latest. So 1 kilo a month. It doesn't sound intimidating. Of course, would love to get there sooner, if I can. But I am excited about how this put me on to a great exercise. I've done it every day of this challenge except one and that day that I didn't exercise, I missed it. So I am confident this will keep going. I know you have some goals set out for you, too, and I know you can also use this as your springboard to KEEP GOING! You can and will do it. And congrated also to you for reaching your goal on this DietBet!

Thanks so much Faith! You can definitely hit your goal by May, and your other goal within the 10 months, I know what you mean about the exercise- I feel like something is wrong if I don't go now, which is something I never thought I'd say! I just bought myself new trainers for the gym as a present to myself for hitting my goal :)

Thanks, Nikita. Gained this week. :( But, I did make it to 100 miles today! I feel pretty excited about that. This weekend was busy and I didn't drink all my water and ate some treats. Back on track this week and I will make it to 100%! Thanks for the encouragement. We both will do this. I know it!
