YAY! WINNER! WINNER! WINNER! Chicken dinner!
Are you going to enter some more?
You have time to sneak one in before Thanksgiving... keep that chart slope heading down!!!

Laura

Hi Fran, thanks for the cheers! Not sure about starting any more games at the moment -- I'm going to be traveling the last couple of weeks in November and don't know if I'll have access to a scale. Next one!

Franimal

Smart thinking! Use the DietBets if you want to stay on track while traveling & over holidays... just pick one that starts & ends when you'll be home for weigh-ins.

OR... give yourself permission to "enjoy" the holidays (without stressing over winning a DietBet) & DietBet in January!

It's all good.
Either way... CONGRATS ON YOUR WIN!!

Laura,
Good luck!!
Love your workouts! I think kickboxing is the best for calorie burn... I almost barfed my first workout... and I love punching inanimate objects! (but I swear the bag has it out for me)

LOL! I'm thinking Kickbox now in the A/C until it cools down enough to run. (Austin, TX)

Kickboxing is also good for crosstraining (muscle confusion). Keeps your body guessing. Theory behind P90X -- which varies the workouts & includes plyometrics one day & Kenpo karate another!
