Thank you!! I really do need to get to 10,000 daily.. I may have actually been able to yesterday but I had to skip my afternoon walk because I was so busy at work. =( Today might just be the day! Thanks again for the kind words!

Lisa! Enjoying seeing your posts, and happy that you've definitely made progress. It's tough, especially if you don't feel like you're moving anywhere fast. Remember that change is cyclical, and progress isn't linear. What will be different is your mindset and lifestyle. Change that, and the rest will follow. Great work! Keep it up! GO GET 'EM!!!!!!
