I ate way to much and have had company for 2weeksand have not exercised since last diet bet! Back on track today!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I enjoy working out when I can( I watch my grandkids tues thru thurs, age 2 and 4!) but have a tough time keeping my food intake under control! Especially when feeding them and mindlessly eating their food with them
