I live on a remote island, w have no gym etc here which makes it difficult! I find I fall off then justify crappy choices!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I want to watch my food intake, walk the dogs at least 5 days a week, 50 squats and 50 push ups and a 1:15 plank a day as well as 15k minimum steps.
