consistent with bootcamp working on being more consistent with strength training.

New strength training but very sore.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Reintroduced more protein into my diet. My check up blood work was outstanding.

Continue working on getting in my water and get my exercise back up to 7 days a week. Added strength training.

Continue strength training and get back up to a mix of 7-10 miles with a mix of running and walking. Start each day with a protein shake.
