I did a 47 minute run at 5.5 miles per hour

I could have prepared some real food to eat after my long runs.

On my last Zombies Run C25K workout, I did a whole mile in 11 minutes and 23 seconds

I could have done more Strava walks so I could log those into MyFitnessPal for the additional calorie deficit and/or food
