You go girl! Yes, I used it last year to lose 60lbs, I maintained that until about July I started gaining weight, I gained back 20lbs. But it works very well for me.

Hi Alivia,I'm in the exact same place as you. Everything you describe are exactly my feelings. I joined the challenge solo, but I am confident that I came to the right place.
