Hi Lizzy! How was your weekend? Mine was pretty good, it could have been better food wise and I didn't get as much working out done as I would have liked but overall I am pretty happy with it. I bought the DVD and gave it a go, not sure I am too crazy about it though. There were a lot of jumping jacks and those were killing my ankle. I will have to give it another chance one day this week. Happy Monday!

My week is going okay, I didn't see the results I wanted to on the scale this week. But I am plugging along and uping my exercise so next week is much better : )
