Non-scale victory of the week!

Those three biscuits are resting in peace on the shelf. I deserve better snacks :)

Many things: My yoga mat is still untouched; I should drink more water; I should walk more; I should sleep longer; ... Still I am grateful for all those cups I had, walks I made, hours I slept.
