Thanks for the motivation. Working long hours on my feet most days until 10:30 PM. It has really screwed up my exercise. Where are all these exercise challenges I am hearing about. My current go to food is a white bean kale soup that I do various interpretations of. I make big batches and freeze serving sizes. Sometimes add veggie Italian sausage. Healthy, low cal, low sodium and satisfying!

Maybe putting the some of the weight back on after I reached goal was because I missed my girls! Those jeans I bought on my birthday in July no longer fit. Family and job issues do not help but if I do not take care of myself I am not good to anyone. Also I threw out my larger size jeans. Weigh in tomorrow am. Thank you for your suggestions. I have tried to reasons with my co-workers but some people like negativity and they would take joy in seeing someone (me) fail. I have had successes with this journey but alot more failures. I can only change myself. I am going to be tempted the rest of my life and I have to figure out how to resist. All my support system is online I am so glad that I found a community that understands what I am going through. Thank you for taking time to share with me.
