Thanks, ladies..I've missed you all
, as well as the group..Since, I've last logged I had an ER visit,which thankfully only turned out to be a sprained muscle. Afterwards, I took an extended vacation after vacation..I did watch what I ate for the most part..I'm ready to regroup and stop recycling the weight I lose/gain each month..

@Colleen, I really don't have a set amount I want to lose now..I'm going to keep going until these thighs get tired and finally surrender and lean out..My goal now is basically toning and get smaller legs...
