My non-scale victory of the week was getting 10,000 steps in yesterday. I have been slow go get rolling with this challenge, but yesterday may have been a turning point.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Sleep. I could get better sleep. Also, I have to admit one naughty, little secret about myself.
I binge eat if I stay up too late. Please don't tell anyone.
