Met my water goal again today! This is a huge feat for me. I used to only drink cola!! I haven't had a soda in about a week and a half! Im using this guideline to get all of my water in:
16 oz before I get to work.
16 oz before lunch.
16 oz before I leave work.
16 oz at home after work.
I could easily add more in. This method gets my mind focused on it. I don't miss the soda at all!

Hi, I'm Marie. I'm just starting (restarting) my journey. Ultimately, I'd like to lose 30 pounds. My long-term goal is to maintain that weight loss. I love the water drinking challenge. I've been working on that for a little more than a week, so this is added motivation!

Hit my goal for the month yesterday, but decided to wait to weight in.... Back up 1 lb today. Rats. But I'll get there! Last week was CRAZY at work, but this week I'm back to my routine of bulletproof coffee in the AM, then one meal at dinner time. Going to morph that into some extended fasting, which is the only way i lose weight these days. Let's do this!!!

I hit my goal weight a couple of days ago and then gained a pound. I lost it again. I think those minor fluctuations are normal. Stay with it! You'll do well!

Ha ha, I've been gaining and losing the same 1-5 lbs r2 years now, after initially losing 87 lbs. Just trying to get these last 20 lbs GONE.

Good choice! I always bring a veggie dish as well. My own small group is full of reeeeally good “traditional” southern cooks.

It cracks me up that my biggest struggles are in a setting with people who are supposed to HELP me with my struggles! (I am kidding; my small group is awesome!)
