Hi, I have a treadmill and Step machine beside my bed, I have my workout table ready with my clothes and shoes, so I have no excuse not to just roll out of bed and hop on my treadmill for aleast 30 minutes....just keep moving, I understand....Mott

I actually got up this morning and got on the elliptical. It started my day off right! It felt so good, gonna try to make it a part of my morning. Pray for me please! lol
