Sending you some good vibes to rid your water retention from Vegas! I had to deal with that on a vacation half way through my last DB. Not to mention that flying also really dehydrates which was made worse by the fact that I slept almost the entire time (red eye flight) and didn't drink anything until I woke up. Lemon water is fantastic for fluid retention, dandelion tea as well but you have to make sure you drink it with a lot of water or you could dehydrate yourself all over again. Good luck!

Sara, you sound a lot like me. I did Chris Powell's February challenge and this will be the second challenge I do with Jillian. She is a great host! I go to Vegas in June. I see your unofficial weigh ins show you are down -3.9 lbs so far. Great!
