  • Kinda worried about weighing in. Last 3 weeks I have been stalled. And I only 2 pounds to make goal this round. And I'm worried. I have been trying to stay on point and exercise as well.

It happens to everyone! I have found success with eating 4-5 healthy 100 calorie snacks a day eating every 2-3 hours with a salad or green vegetable and lean protein meal in the early evening. This is about 1500 calories spread out so I don’t feel deprived

How is everyone doing? Interested in finding out what goals others have and how you are working towards them. My plan is to track my food and count macros. For some this might sound tedious, but for me, it gives great insight into what brings value to your body, and how that food makes you feel.

Hi, Crystal and fellow dietbetters! My goal is to be healthy. I would like to lose 30 lb by August. I have been doing 5k rowing at the gym, with the occasional doubles (10k). I have three dogs that I take for a 1 to 3 mile walk daily. We like to go hiking but where we are, there is a lot of snow and ice still lingering. I eat a (mostly) plant-based diet, and a 16:8 ratio for intermittent fasting. It has really helped me on quitting my late night snacking, although on Saturday night I do take a break from it as it is our date night, and we like to make a bowl of popcorn to watch a movie with. I use MyFitnessPal pro to keep track of macros.

My goal is to be able to enjoy my new bike more this summer. I figured it would be better to buy one of the cheaper models and lose the weight from myself instead of spending more for a slightly lighter bike. Plus I want to be comfortable in the cycling kit.
