Ok Guys....We are heading into the last 5 days of round #3!! How is everyone feeling? I definitely still have some work to do but am hopeful I'll make it. Good luck to all and remember we've got this!!!

I have a little way to go but I’m optimistic that I might hit my goal.

The first time I did a diet bet I worked really hard but came up short. Not winning got me really depressed and I gained back what I had lost.

I have learned since then that it’s really hard to lose weight and it’s really easy to put it back on. That said a loss is a victory whether the round was win or not.

I weighed in today and was 1 pound off from my goal. I am choosing to celebrate the 3 pounds I lost instead of focusing on not winning the round.

Stay positive everyone!

That is a great way to look at it. You’ve still made strides and you’ll get there

I'm 2 lbs over tonight, after a big salty meal. We have two more days to go and I AM going to make this weigh-in. Sensible food, exercise and water!

My morning weight is usually 1-2 lbs less, but that's not going to hack it if I don't watch myself!

Katherine R.

Let's do this!! I'm gonna need every minute of our weigh in period hehe

I'm doing great. I hit a wall a few weeks ago but, started intermittent fasting and quickly caught up. I've got my goal already for this month. I've never felt better.

Feeling good! I hit my goal so that makes me breathe easier for the moment

I've been struggling with motivation this round. Up a pound from last round's goal instead of down now, anyone got some good motivators they can share?

Idk I’m right there with you.

Sometimes, I have a sports motivation issue. In this case, I test a lot of different sport videos over several days. In such a phase, I need a wild mixure. Example of my last days after a struggling phase last week: Tae Bo, Jogging, Just Dance, Cardio HIIT, Streching,

Ok had a whole week where I fell off the wagon but I’m ready again. Starting back up in the morning with intermittent fasting, capping alcohol and portion sizes, doubling my water, and twice daily workouts. I can do this y’all!! Tonight visualizing and remembering why I’m doing this: to stave off diabetes, reduce my risk for cancer, fit into super cute awesome summer clothes, be more flexible and limber with my kids, feel sexier and proud of my body when I look in the mirror ❤.

Agree 100%! If you made it - great! If not, pick yourself up, dust yourself off and get ready for round 2!

Note to self: remember my weigh-in clothes add an additional lb and a half of weight. 😂

OMG.....Never thought of taking my feet shot without clothes!!!! Awesome idea. Also I let my digital scale settle on the number before I pick up my phone for the picture. Always learning new things from you guys...LOL!!

taylor

I learned from the best, my sister  but it is your TRUE weight so i think it’s fair, like britt said, be careful with the glass scales because someone could totally see ya butt crack in the reflection lmao i put my phone down next to me on the table then pick it back up after my scale gives the number and it doesn’t change after i pick it up. tricks of the trade :grinning:

I'm just curious... what is your daily calorie allowance?

About 1500 at the moment. I use the LoseIt app and it adjusted my calories down every time I lose weight. I'm not exercising much yet though, mostly focusing on keeping nutrition in line.

Kerry S.

I’m 5’4 with a desk job, and my range is 1350-1500. I try to stick with 1350 when I don’t exercise and allow slightly more calories when I work out. I don’t workout very intensely.
