  • When it comes to sweets and treats, do you cut back or cut out when you are actively trying to lose weight? For me its easier not to take the first bite. However some people are able to satisfy their sweet tooth with small amounts of treats, like a square of dark chocolate. Which side do you fall on. In the long run a healthy lifestyle is easier to maintain if you practice moderation instead of deprivation. So what is your strategy?

Anessa, what are some of your favorite overnight oat recipes? I have a go to but am looking for alternatives. My go to snack is apples with pb or cashews, and cut up veggies. I'm trying not to snack between meals though especially after dinner.
